Thursday, January 7, 2010 Incredibly Photorealistic Vector Art

These are NOT photographs, but drawings - vector art to be precise, created entirely using Adobe Illustrator. Vector graphics uses meshes consisting of geometrical primitives such as points, lines, curves, and polygon, which are all based on mathematical equations, to represent images in computer graphics. Vector illustrations are extraordinarily slow, painstaking work and to achieve such photorealism through vectors is just mind blowing!
